VEKA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manufacturing Industrial Material Handler to support our busy warehouse operations. This position is ideal for candidates who have previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and are comfortable handling large, heavy materials while working in a dynamic, high-volume setting. 

What You'll Do 

• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer orders using pick lists and warehouse management procedures. 

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently. 

• Move, organize, and relocate warehouse steel racks – 5 large and 9 half steel racks, pallets, and industrial materials throughout the facility. 

• Handle long-length and heavy steel racks 17’ to 19’ long, commonly found in a manufacturing environment. 

• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product quality and damage-free handling. 

• Verify materials against order requirements and maintain inventory accuracy. 

• Deliver materials to internal departments and production areas as required. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. 

• Follow all company safety procedures, operating standards, and quality requirements. 

What We're Looking For 

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse order picking, material handling, or shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 

• Previous forklift operating experience required; forklift certification preferred. 

• Experience handling oversized, heavy, or industrial materials. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse with changing priorities. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. 

• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently as well as within a team. 

• Good communication and problem-solving skills. 

• Not afraid to speak up and help resolve issues and/or ask questions when help is needed. 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally with team lifting. 

• Ability to push, pull, carry, and move heavy industrial materials throughout the workday. 

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. 

• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment with continuous material movement and forklift traffic. 

• Comfortable working outside as needed during all four seasons we experience here in SW PA.
