The Will Call Operations Coordinator will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse, including the general organization of the warehouse.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
Greet and helps customers, contractors and technicians that come in pick up orders.
Keeps equipment in “like new” condition by regular inspections, proper maintenance, and arranging for timely repair, if needed.
Accept, verify, inspect, and record deliveries according to policy (will need to demonstrate ability to operate forklift).

Local Deliveries. You will need to demonstrate truck/trailer handling. (copy of driving record required)
Manages warehouse inventory and keeps record of items to be replenished.
Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of products.
Implements daily shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse.
Manages daily flow of products by modifying storage space assignments.
Maintains and oversees the general organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Produces accurate, timely, and legible paperwork.
Daily demonstrates commitment to be present and work all hours as assigned.
Willingly performs and completes any work assigned in an efficient, safe and productive manner.
Cooperates with employees, customers, suppliers and others with honesty, integrity and in a respectful manner.
Willingly comply with all regulatory requirements, including federal, state, local, company and customer statutes or rules.
Effectively communicates with management and co-workers.
Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Minimize waste.
Manages time efficiently.
Accepts responsibility for own decisions and actions.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Computer Skills
Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company products and terminology.
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
Good work ethic, with high honesty and integrity.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license for deliveries and forklift truck required.
At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20-$23/hr DOE
