About the Role

You’ll support daily warehouse operations through administrative coordination, reporting, customer communication, and operational documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate warehouse billing documentation and administrative processes.

• Prepare customer reports, operational reports, and tracking documentation.

• Maintain accurate warehouse records, files, and operational documentation.

• Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.

• Coordinate communication between warehouse operations, customers, and internal departments.

• Assist with inventory documentation, reporting, and process tracking.

• Support operational scheduling and administrative coordination.

• Monitor customer-specific processes and ensure required documentation is completed accurately.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or operations support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory documentation, billing support, or operational reporting preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
