Warehouse Operator

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator to join our Distribution business in (Gillette, WY).

Will make an impact in the following ways:

• Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label, package, and store inventory


• Pick, pack, and ship products while meeting customer and operational requirements


• Perform quality checks to identify damage, discrepancies, or non-conforming materials


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Follow Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures


• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and material flow


• Support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations through the use of warehouse systems and equipment

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics environment
• Ability to receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality inspections and identify discrepancies
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support business needs
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory processes, and material handling equipment is an asset
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage
