JSI operates distribution facilities in Fall River, Chicago, Atlanta, and Denver. Our expansive footprint is leveraged to service 2,500 of the finer kitchen and bath dealers in the United States with all-wood cabinets shipped as quickly as the next day. 

 We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Warehouse Packing Lead to oversee our packing team. As a working lead, you will not only manage a small team but also actively participate in the packing process. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our products are packed efficiently and accurately, maintaining our high standards of quality. 

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a small team of packers, providing guidance and support.
• Actively participate in the packing process to meet daily targets.
• Ensure all products are packed according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse manager for replenishments.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift up to 49 pounds individually.
