Warehouse Picker (L411) Various Shifts

• The job. What you will be doing as a Picker: 

• A Picker is responsible for accurately selecting cases of products to fulfill customer orders, ensuring that all items are correctly picked, stacked, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner.  

• What you need to land this awesome job: 

• Education: High School (GED)   

• Experience:   

• Food Warehouse experience preferred but not required   

• Travel requirements: N/A  
  
  Minimum Physical requirements:   

• Heavy lifting – lifting of 50 pounds or more  

• Able to stand for long periods of time (over 6 hours)  

• Must be able to endure working in freezer environment for up to 6 hours  

• Must be able to endure loud warehouse noises and have accurate vision to work in a freezer environment

A day in the life (but not limited to):

• Exemplify all core values and guiding principles of RLS Logistics  

• Responsible accurately picking outbound orders    

• Identify and call out any damaged cases while picking 

• Building pallets to the correct ti hi’s   

• The Picker selects cases by product type and lot number. These cases are neatly assembled on pallets or carts 

• Operating a motorized pallet jack

• Shift: Various 1st shift Mon – Thurs 6a – 4:30p, 2nd shift 6p – 4:30a and Weekend shift Fri, Sat, Sun 7a – 7:30p 

• Pay range: $17 - $19 depending on shift
