Job Title: Warehouse Production Associate (Inventory, Picking, Fabric Cutting)
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (with possible overtime)

Job Summary:

Stand-By Personnel is hiring Warehouse Production Associates for multiple roles including Inventory Control, Order Picking & Packing, and Fabric Cutting. These positions are critical to our warehouse operations and ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positions are temp-to-hire with opportunities for long-term employment and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control Specialist

• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged items.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

Order Picker & Packer

• Use pick lists to accurately retrieve, scan, and prepare items for shipping.
• Report shortages or damages immediately.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as stacking, packing, and documentation.

Fabric Cutter

• Use cutting tools and machines to cut fabric per customer specifications.
• Inspect material quality and ensure precision in measurements and patterns.
• Package and prepare fabric for shipment.
• Organize and maintain fabric inventory and workspace.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred (3 years for order picking).
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements including standing, walking, and reaching.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Must be reliable with verifiable work history.
