Mosaic's Central Service Center (CSC) is currently seeking a Receiving Associate to join our growing team. The CSC Receiving Associate will be responsible for all receiving functions, including processing containers, domestic shipments, LTLs, small package receipts, and returns. This individual will also prepare and load out daily LTL shipments working with dispatch to ensure accuracy. Additionally, this role assists in preparing outbound wrap and pack and building-wide routine maintenance. This position will also be required to assist in pulling orders when needed. Management will assign other tasks as needed. Accuracy will be monitored on a daily/monthly basis.

Please note - this position will require heavy lifting throughout the workday, with most products exceeding70+ pounds.

Requirements

The receiving position involves a variety of functions, including but not limited to the following:

· Unload, break down, verify, and receive shipments.

· Record and process shipping discrepancies (errors/backorders).

· Receive and put away returns.

· Restock and organize warehouse bin locations as needed.

· Maintain housekeeping standards in all areas.

· Coordinate with building administration and locations as needed.

Interested candidates should possess the following attributes:

· Previous receiving supervisory experience preferred.

· Outgoing, friendly personality

· Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly throughout the day

· Customer Service Oriented Attitude

· Self-directed, highly motivated

· Task-oriented

· Strong work ethic

· Desire to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Specific Skills/Knowledge required include:

· Stand-up reach truck experience required

· Order pulling experience required

· Ability to multi-task

· Excellent communication skills

· Intermediate level typing skills preferred
