About Us
Southwest Accessory Group is a fast paced Accessories distributor with 518+ dealership customers. We're looking for an experienced and energetic person for our inside sales call center. Our inside team is responsible for billing, locating parts, researching and finding solutions for our customers. They are the key point of contact for the company, maintaining and strengthening our customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns.
- Corresponding with warehouse for restocking and handling credits back to Ford Dealership.
- Tracking damage claims from inbound Ford shipments and processing for reimbursement from Ford.
- Ford claims processed and set up for return (RMA) back to shipper.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Valid Drivers License
- Previous working experience as a Warehouse Return Processor (Preferred)
- Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solver
