Labeler Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs

• Work with WMS

• Printing BOLS making sure pick up drivers sign BOL.

• Copy BOL and sent proof of shipment to clients

• Answer client email questions on inventory

• Take pictures of outgoing orders an email photos to clients

• Organize paperwork

• Support other administrative duties needed in warehouse

• Unpack shipment deliveries

• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments

• Consolidate shipping orders

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies

• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products

• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables

• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments

Labeler Shift Info

• Day Shift, 07:00am to 3:30pm

• Monday - Friday

Labeler Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Shipping administrator experience required

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Familiarity with computers & business equipment

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong sense of time organization and urgency

• Able to work independently and within a team

• Dependable and hardworking
