Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process daily domestic and international parcel and freight shipments using various carrier systems and customer portals.


• Verify shipping information, customer requirements, addresses, and carrier selections to ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders.


• Generate packing slips, shipping labels, invoices, bills of lading, and other required shipping documentation.


• Prepare and distribute export and international shipping documents in compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.


• Maintain accurate shipment records and support inventory accuracy through proper transaction processing.


• Coordinate with Customer Service, Production, and Warehouse personnel to ensure customer orders are shipped complete and on schedule.


• Communicate with transportation providers to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and support customer inquiries.


• Assist with order picking, packing, labeling, and staging of products for shipment as workload demands require.


• Assist with dock activities, product movement, and material handling operations.


• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with company safety requirements.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and warehouse standards.


• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse improvement initiatives as assigned.


• Cross-train and perform other warehouse, logistics, and distribution functions as required to support operational objectives.


• Follow ISO requirements, company procedures, safety guidelines, and all applicable policies.
