We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist in various warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and maintaining equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Receive and process incoming deliveries.
• Box and ship outgoing packages.
• Pull, put away, and distribute parts for various departments.
• Operate forklifts for unloading/loading trucks.
• Support the Service Department with parts and remanufactured components.
• Perform general building maintenance, including cleaning warehouse spaces.
• Maintain truck maintenance and ensure company vehicles are in proper working order.
• Ensure the functionality of warehouse equipment, including foam machines.
• Administer shipping and receiving in Trax system.
• Issue Return Goods Authorization (RGA) numbers and prepare job cards/folders for service work.
• Schedule and track outside repairs, including electrical repairs sent to factories.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong logical and deductive reasoning skills.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of related warehouse or shipping experience.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (team lift required for anything over 35 lbs).
• Warehouse environment may be hot or cold, depending on the season.
• May require weekend and night call-outs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in kneeling, stooping, and cramped positions.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
