Warehouse Specialist

Location: North Liberty, IA

Status: Full-time, Monday 

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a - 5p, occasional Saturday

We hire great people and give them the freedom to be awesome! Spotix is a leader in outdoor living products (Hearth, Patio & BBQ) and we are looking to add to our Warehouse team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Pick items with an RF scanner and continue to process orders efficiently and accurately


• Picking/staging products to pack orders


• Loading and unloading trucks


• Stacking/unstacking pallets


• Accurately check in/out inventory


• Physically moving/handling products


• Provide feedback on inventory levels


• Assistance with warehouse cleanliness and order


• General warehouse duties as they arise

Skills and Proficiencies:

• Strong communication skills


• Strong detail orientation


• Ambition and self-motivation, ability to maintain a positive attitude


• Dependable


• Prioritize duties and complete tasks in an efficient manner


• ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED


• Previous warehouse experience preferred


• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on a consistent basis, up to 100 lbs. occasionally


• Stand or walk for long periods of time


• Forklift experience - 1 to 2 years
