WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead in our Milwaukee WI location to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share.

Schedule:

Mon-Fri 2am – 9am.

Pay rate:

$20-22/hr. (weekly pay- Friday) hour depending on experience

• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Process special account inbound
• Driver Dispatch
  • Drivers show on time
  • Dispatch with proper route information, paperwork and equipment including keys, seals.
  • Yard Checks
  • Oversee small staff
