Eaton\u2019s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This role is based in Greenwood, SC. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC in order to be considered.\n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:\n\nSupervise the personnel and production activities of one of the following major manufacturing functions: assembly, warehousing, fabrication, painting, shipping, or traffic; plan and coordinate manufacturing or support schedules to effectively meet customer requirements and company commitments for product/service quality and timeliness, manage unit operations and schedules to ensure the most effective use of personnel, materials, equipment, and other company resources within assigned functional areas, within or below defined production or operational costs. \n \nMaking what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world. Accomplishing this through daily cross-functional team communication. \n\u2022 Contribute to a safe, engaged, and inclusive work culture by ensuring you and your team comply with all policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment, and performing 5S duties. \n\u2022 Ensure that production demands are met by your department and that team leaders understand their roles in the upkeep of order fulfillment. \n\u2022 Serve as a central point of contact for management regarding production issues in one\u2019s functional area. \n\u2022 Participate in the assessment, selection, training, coaching, and development of employees and foster strong employee performance. \n\u2022 Evaluate workload requirements and effectively delegate tasks accordingly to ensure proper and adequate manning to support production requirements. \n\u2022 Investigate and solve quality issues and/or serve as a point of contact through which quality issues can be resolved. Ensure that employees know the importance of quality and enforces follow through. Work with quality control team to resolve issues and regularly review quality trends in the market. \n\u2022 Driving cycle counting and ensuring high efficient inventory accuracy through data analysis and corrective actions. \n\u2022 Developing and implementing efficient inventory control procedures and identifying areas for improvement. \n\u2022 Other duties assigned.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution \n\u2022 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing setting \n\u2022 Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.\n\n\u2022 No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation \n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n\n\u2022 Previous leadership experience working in operations, supply chain management and/or manufacturing environment.
