Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week, 9:30am – 6:00pm, 30-minute lunch break.

Location: Beddy’s offices; 5491 Hammerfest Dr. #201 South Jordan, UT 84009

Pay: Dependent upon experience

DESCRIPTION

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring that all operational processes are executed efficiently. This role includes directly supervising and working along warehouse staff, maintaining workflow, and ensuring quality control to address immediate needs and support the manager in meeting operational goals. As a hands-on, on-the-floor supervisor, this role requires exceptional time management and a high level of personal accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain clear communication with the Manager regarding daily operations, potential issues, staff performance and all operational processes in the warehouse adhere to company standards and procedures while escalating more complex issues to the manager as needed.


• Help run team meetings, supervise, train, troubleshoot, and guide daily tasks of the receiving, picking, and, shipping departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy in workflows.


• Manage and oversee incoming deliveries to ensure accurate and timely receiving.


• Coordinate and complete inventory movements to maintain warehouse organization.


• Monitor workflow on the warehouse floor, making real-time adjustments to maintain work quality, and productivity. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. Address and resolve immediate issues such as order discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, and workflow bottlenecks.


• Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.


• Strong attendance and punctuality record.


• Prior experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience being a plus.


• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and adopt best practices.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and other relevant software.


• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.


• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
