Warehouse Supervisor - Energetic Workplace

Awesome startup company! They need a Warehouse Supervisor to handle communications with their 3 warehouses regarding shipment. This position requires computer experience using Email, HubSpot, & Ship Station. This role also requires hands on experience with shipping out packages, cleaning out warehouse, and making room for more product.

Start Date: Wednesday 2/28 1 phone screen, 1 onsite, start

Position: Open ended TEMP

Pay: $25- $30/ hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday ( 8:30am- 4:30pm)

Day to day this person will be:

• Managing shipments and timelines for 3 warehouses ( Texas, NorthEast, & Irvine)
• Communication with customers via email ( customers are distributors like Ferguson & RE Michael)
• Communicate with trucking company via email/ phone
• Shipping out packages via ship station
• Coordinating with Fed Ex
• Creating tickets using ShipStation
• Obtaining tickets through HubSpot
• Documenting what was completed
• Working hand in hand with Project Manager & COO taking on projects to support them ( organizing & cleaning the warehouse to prepare for big shipments)
