Warehouse Supervisor - Hiring Immediately

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient workflow, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

   • Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
   • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
   • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.

2. Workflow Optimization:

   • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity.
   • Allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands and deadlines.
   • Continuously evaluate workflow and identify areas for improvement.

3. Supervision and Training:

   • Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
   • Assign tasks and responsibilities to warehouse personnel based on their skills and workload.
   • Provide coaching and support to enhance team performance and morale.

4. Safety and Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
   • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
   • Train warehouse staff on safety procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
