Warehouse Supervisor -Hiring Multiple Locations

We are hiring multiple Bilingual Mandarin and English, proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisors to oversee day-to-day operations in our last-mile delivery network. Supervisors will be assigned to specialized functions and will rotate across roles, receiving on-the-job training to build broad operational expertise.

• Supervise daily operations of Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service expectations.
• Oversee warehouse processes and sorting operations to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in parcel handling.
• Manage and coordinate with staffing agencies to ensure adequate workforce supply and effective deployment.
• Lead daily control meetings, monitor KPIs, and conduct performance reviews to drive accountability and results.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of DSPs to enhance service quality and operational excellence.
• Manage fleet operations, including task allocation, route optimization, and cost control.
• Continuously analyze and refine collection and delivery models for scalability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Address day-to-day operational challenges and provide rapid responses to emergencies or disruptions.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a must.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably within the last-mile delivery industry.
• Proven track record in warehouse, logistics, or last-mile delivery operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with performance management, fleet operations, sorting processes, and staffing models preferred.
• Flexibility and willingness to rotate across functional areas for on-the-job training.
