Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the warehouse (and cooler, freezer area) while leading receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory transactions to ensure order accuracy.
A Sample of the Role:
Help lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations
Pick, stage, and load customer orders
Support receiving, inventory, and cycle counting
Operate forklifts, walk riders, and pallet jacks
Train and support warehouse team members
Coordinate with Sales and drivers on orders, deliveries, and returns
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
Work in warehouse, cooler, and freezer environments
Your Natural Ingredients to Win:
Previous warehouse experience
Forklift experience
Leadership or lead experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable giving direction and training others
Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work in cooler and freezer environments
A dependable, team-first approach and willingness to jump in where needed
