Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with pulling orders and organizing materials to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment

- Learn and work with sheet metal, gaining hands-on experience in handling and processing materials

- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods

- Restock materials as needed to maintain inventory levels and accessibility

- Deliver materials to designated locations within the facility or to external sites

- Pick up and dispose of trash and debris to maintain a clean and safe workspace

- Support team members with additional warehouse tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks regularly

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn new skills, including basic sheet metal work

- Good communication and teamwork abilities

- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse environment

- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus but not required

- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
• Must be at least 18 years old. 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. 
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. 
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality. 
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  Physical Requirements 

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds. 
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach throughout the workday. 
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. 
• Safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment. 
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
