Your Accountabilities...

• Lead the warehouse team as they undertake activity including processing incoming inventory, stock movement, and outgoing orders to the store.

• Engaging employees, making sure goals are met, and communicating priorities.  They will support the recruitment of warehouse operatives and support training and ongoing development.

• Help manage the efficient flow of inventory through the business and a safe and healthy working environment.  Monitor the safe use of machinery and equipment across the site.

• Support the processing of paperwork for deliveries and purchase orders.  Makes sure that any stock moved around site is recorded in our warehouse management system.

• Ensure inventory orders are picked accurately and efficiently by the team (and themselves).

Qualifications & Experience...

• Experience of supporting the management of a warehouse, stock distribution center, or busy goods-in department.

• IT literate, including use of warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Able to independently make decisions.

• Well organized and focused.

• Able to communicate with internal and external partners.

• Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.

• Supports all inventory counts at the warehouse.

The Nice to Haves

• Use of plant machinery including (but not limited to) forklifts, high reach equipment, and pallet trucks (training on our specific machinery will be provided).

• Experience of licensed products.

• Interest in film and television, and if possible, Warner Bros.’ Wizarding World franchise.

In compliance with local & state law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Carlstadt, NJ. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $24-29 per hour. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
