Warehouse Team Member

Description

Holmen Cheese has an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a  Warehouse Team Member. In this role your primary focus will be working in a cooler and getting product ready to be shipped out and ensuring production has necessary raw materials for production. It is a fast pace, physical position with the use of a stand-up lift truck and often in a cooler environment. 

Requirements

What you will do:

· Cage and De-Cage product to prepare it for shipping

· Use a vacuum lift assist device to move product

· Ensure security of warehouse (doors sealed, lights in working order, docks plates and levelers in good condition)

· Enter warehouse operations in JustFoods ERP

· Drive stand up forklift to load according to load sheet

· Load and unload trucks

· Ensure production has the needed materials ready for their production runs

· Palletize product to prepare for shipping

· Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work are met

· Ensure a high degree of detail and quality on every job

· Control and organize storage and inventory space

· Inspects trucks for appropriate sanitary conditions on all incoming and outgoing shipments. Fill out inbound/outbound inspection documentation

· Ensure seals are placed on all out-going shipments and ensure seals are intact on in-coming shipments. Prepare bills of lading inclusive of product information, common carrier information, seal number and temperature requirement.

· HACCP Team Member

What we need from you:

· High School Diploma required.

· 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment

· Experience working within an ERP system

· Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP software, required

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
