Job Description

As our Warehouse Team Member, you’ll be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including storing and delivering products to locations within the airport. Key tasks include picking, packing, delivering orders, and organizing inventory. To succeed in this role, the individual must be able to perform all essential duties effectively. Additional duties, assignments, and special projects may be assigned by the Phoenix Partners management or operations team. 

What You’ll Do

• Receive, store, and organize products in designated warehouse areas safely and accurately
• Pick and transport products to designated locations using carts, two-wheelers, pallets, or other approved equipment
• Deliver inventory to assigned stores or storage areas using approved carts, two-wheelers, pallets, or other approved equipment
• Perform inventory control and provide store support activities as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation procedures to protect products and ensure customer safety
• Stay current on required training related to airport badging, driving privileges, and security protocols
• Shift focus based on the schedule to perform key warehouse functions, including receiving, selection, delivery, inventory, control, and store support  
• Operate company vehicles within authorized areas safely, and load and unload goods efficiently
• Perform all other general warehouse functions as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of related experience preferred 

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Able to lift a minimum of 150 lbs

• Able to stand, lift, bend, and move for the duration of an 8-10 hour shift

• Familiarity with inventory procedures preferred

• Pallet jack and picking experience a plus

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to ensure timely deliveries

• Dependable and flexible, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Approachable, and team-oriented with the ability to support a positive work environment

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure

• Skilled in basic math; accurate in addition, subtraction, and fraction calculations

• Comfortable working in crowded and dynamic environments

• Able to follow all company, airport, and regulatory guidelines and procedures

• Must be able to pass all required airport badging and security checks

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age in accordance with federal and state safety regulations to operate warehouse equipment and/or machinery
