Position Summary:

As a Warehouse Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of equipment, tools, and materials. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is familiar with oilfield equipment and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment for accuracy and damage.

· Safely load, unload, and organize inventory in accordance with company procedures.

· Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements using warehouse management systems (WMS).

· Prepare and stage equipment and materials for dispatch.

· Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.

· Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required.

· Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards, including proper use of PPE.

· Assist with maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse and yard.

· Communicate with field crews, procurement teams, and logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery and return of equipment.

Requirements

· Must have a “safety first” mentality 

· Thorough knowledge of oilfield machinery and repair

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and be on-call as needed

· Must pass a drug/alcohol test and background check

· Must be Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications: 

· High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

· 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

· Familiarity with oilfield tools, equipment, and parts is a plus.

· Valid forklift certification is preferred.

· Basic computer skills: experience with inventory management systems is an asset.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork orientation.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods

· Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain

· Physical tasks include lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working at heights

· Must adhere to safety protocols and always wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

· Must be able to commute to Carlsbad, NM daily.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience 

Overtime: Eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours per week, as needed
