Warehouse Worker

This entry-level position performs hands-on warehouse tasks that keep inventory and orders moving through the facility.

Core activities

·       Load, unload, sort, stage, and move materials

·       Pick or pack products according to work instructions

·       Maintain clean and safe work areas

·       Communicate directly with team members during daily operations

This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

Candidate profile: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
