As a Warehouse Worker at XTalk Prep, you'll be responsible for handling and organizing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that our warehouse remains organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
