Job Description:As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. From receiving and storing inventory to fulfilling orders and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of contents against packing lists.
• Unload, unpack, and properly store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures and shipping guidelines.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as inventory counting and order picking.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
