Summary: 

Assist in all aspects of the core management process. Primarily unloading trucks, receiving and inventory of core. 

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

As a Core Operations Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our core management process runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Checking in and labeling incoming core materials.
• Unloading trucks with efficiency and dropping off core.
• Reviewing freight paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Organizing core inventory by SKU.
• Labeling and maintaining an organized inventory system.
• Managing core credits and assisting with logistics.
• Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience & Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Forklift operation experience (a plus! but we offer training).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.

Personal Attributes:

• Ability to give excellent customer service and enjoy teamwork.
• Independence and problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting goals.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively while meeting corporate objectives.
