South West Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is hiring for a Warehouse/Delivery Associate!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive various truck sizes, including but not limited to box trucks and dump trucks.
• Deliver parts and materials to employees stationed at different job sites promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct trash pickups from the assigned territory's north and south ends.
• Handle dump trucks and metal shop drop-offs.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Comply with all traffic laws and operate vehicles safely and courteously.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership about schedules, routes, and any delivery-related concerns or feedback.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a range of vehicle sizes, including box trucks and pick up trucks.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Familiarity with the region/territory is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items when necessary.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on the route and delivery prioritization.
