Yellow Dot Heating & Air Conditioning, a Southern Home Services Company, is looking for a dynamic-Warehouse/Purchasing Lead - Bilingual to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with field crews and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Place daily orders for required equipment and materials to support upcoming job needs.
• Oversee the receipt and tracking of equipment, ensuring accurate distinction between job-specific stock and excess inventory.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts, ensuring precise and up-to-date tracking of all stock and equipment.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
• Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced) and other computer applications to manage inventory and reporting.
• Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing urgent tasks as necessary.
• HVAC industry knowledge, including familiarity with parts and equipment, is a strong plus.
• Provide clear, timely feedback to internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure seamless communication.
• Offer hands-on support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, navigating different personalities and skillsets to achieve common goals.  
• Additional duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• High School Diploma or GED (equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, with the ability to navigate and utilize key functions for daily tasks and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong HVAC industry, parts and equipment knowledge is highly desirable
