WAREHOUSE/STOREROOM LEAD

Are you ready to step into a leadership role that's both dynamic and impactful? Look no further! We're seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse/Storeroom Lead to supervise and guide our team to new heights.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Review seal on trucks/containers when they arrive at the location and open same.


• Daily assistance with the checking off goods received.


• Daily assistance with the posting of items.


• Daily bin out of goods.


• Assist in finding UTL Stocks and preparation of UTL Reports at the specified time required.


• Monthly assessment of bin space and ensure the bins are organized for space optimization.


• Communicate with Clerks tasks assigned and ensure duties assigned by supervisor and manager are properly carried out to completion.


• Assign duties and tasks to clerks as needed.


• Report breaches of company safety policy to supervisors and verbally caution team members.


• Complete incident reports when required.


• Daily check off wholesale goods for dispatch.


• Deputize for supervisor when required.


• Perform other related functions and special projects as required from time to time to ensure the effective flow of operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Diploma in Business Administration.


• JAGAS Automotive Certification (an asset).  


• Three (3) years related work experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Exposure to mental stress.


• Required to be on your feet most of the day.


• Frequent extended working hours.


• Work under storeroom/warehouse conditions.


• Required to work on weekends.
