Warranty Administrator

Responsibilities

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented, compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements and preparing and submitting the claims to the manufacturer.

• Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements.


• Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed.


• Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data

Qualifications

Warranty experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person who is eager to grow!

• Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Dealership experience (Business Office or Service Department preferred).


• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and strong time management skills.


• Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.

Compensation

• The estimated hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00.
