We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Warranty Administrator to support our growing Service Department.

Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately for manufacturer and extended warranties


• Ensure compliance with all manufacturer warranty guidelines and deadlines


• Maintain organized records of all claims and payments


• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve discrepancies


• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims


• Provide timely updates to management regarding claim status and trends


• Stay current with manufacturer policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive warranty administration (preferred)


• Familiarity with CDJR warranty systems and procedures a plus


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation


• Working knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) platforms
