Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team at our business office team in Irvine, CA.

Compensation: $25-$35/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicates with service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution.
• Communicate with service manager.
• Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and to verify criteria required by the factory.
• Follows up on outstanding claims.
• Posting weekly factory warranty payments into accounting.
• Reconciling all warranty receivables and working with the accounting department.
• Keeping track of all service and customer records as required by the warrantor.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
• Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Provides timely and accurate reports as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dealership Warranty Clerk a MUST.
• CDK / Dealer Connect Knowledge a Must.
• Manufacturer experience a plus.
• Experience handling a high volume of paperwork.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and carry multiple projects through to completion.
• Must have excellent follow-up skills.

• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
