About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate processing of warranty claims, maintaining compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and supporting our service department to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner.


• Review repair orders for proper documentation and compliance with warranty policies.


• Track and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt payment.


• Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and communications.


• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve claim issues.


• Stay updated on manufacturer warranty guidelines and changes.


• Assist with audits and reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warranty administration or automotive service operations preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
