Warranty Administrator

Description of the role:

The Warranty Administrator at Mercedes Benz of North Haven will be responsible for processing and managing warranty claims for automotive services and parts.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate warranty claims


• Communicate with manufacturers and vendors


• Maintain accurate records of warranties and claims


• Assist in resolving warranty-related issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warranty administration preferred


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills


• Proficiency in relevant software applications
