Job Description - Warranty Administrator

We are currently looking for a warranty administrator/dispatcher for our service department.

Responsibilities:

Booking warranty repair orders

Manufacture warranty claim submission

Extended service contract and tire claim submission

Maintain applicable receivables schedules

Work closely with team of Technicians, services advisors and management

Qualifications:

Warranty experience preferred

Organized and friendly

Time Management Skills

Able to work in a high pace/high volume environment

Manage work flow in the service center
