Job Description - WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR

Pay is $50,000 to $60,000 with Admin Experience

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for performing the following tasks:

Prepare, record, and reconcile all warranty claims in an accurate and efficient manner utilizing manufacturer specific policies, procedures and requirements.
Reconcile all service related schedules including sublet.
Post the daily credit memos from the manufacturer.
Identify and fix any discrepancies on the service schedules.
Process all warranty & goodwill claims in an efficient manner.
Close all service contract repair orders.
40 hours per week (daytime) 8am-5pm.
Pay is $50,000 to $60,000 with Admin Experience
Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful: The ability to read and comprehend information, and perform complex calculations.
Be knowledgeable of basic accounting and reconciliation processes.
The ability to do work of a repetitive nature.
Be able to sit for long periods of time.
The ability to access, input, and, retrieve information from a computer.
The ability to effectively communicate with staff and Customers, in person, over the phone, and through other electronic means.
The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Typing speed of 40WPM with accuracy.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
