Job Summary:
Valenti Ford is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator & Appointment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle warranties and coordinating customer appointments. This is a full-time position in the auto industry located in Mystic, Connecticut. This is an individual contributor role with the potential for a monthly commission. The compensation for this position is $20 per hour plus commission and pay will be distributed on a weekly basis.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warranty administration or customer service in the automotive industry preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software program
• Must have a valid driver's license
