Warranty Administrator / Booker

Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn is looking for a highly motivated individual with leadership capabilities to help us grow our service department. This person must be extremely disciplined, have the ability to motivate technicians, have an ability to dispatch at a high level while maintaining warranty compliance.

We have a multi-dealership senior foreman who is respected nationally and a young, wildly talented full-time foreman who allows us to train and develop. We have ZERO technicians who aren't willing to assist in the growth of our younger team members.

The person we are looking for is an individual who wants to immerse themselves in our process, find areas to improve, identify technicians strengths and weaknesses so that we can become more efficient. The individual must posses an extreme commitment to learning as we have an equivalent desire to teach. This position has led to the development of many Service Directors within our company.
