Warranty Administrator - Ciocca Automotive

We have immediate openings for energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated warranty administrator to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• File warranty claims daily.
• Ensure warranty claims are compliant in accordance with the Ciocca Automotive warranty process guidelines.
• Meet with GM and Service Manager weekly to review warranty schedule.
• Notify service manager of any compliance issues prior to submitting claims.
• Assist service manager in training service advisors and technicians on warranty compliance.
• Monitor parts return requests with parts manager.
