We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Duties: **
- Process warranty claims and documentation efficiently
- Coordinate warranty repairs with our technician
- Communicate with builders regarding warranty coverage and claim status
- Maintain accurate warranty records and files
- Assist in resolving warranty-related issues and disputes
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate warranty processes
-Back up phone support - answers central phone system and directs calls accordingly
-Plumbing and fire suppression inspection scheduling
-Misc. job related duties as assigned
**Requirements: **
- Proven experience in warranty administration or related field
- Strong project coordination skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proficiency in office management tasks
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
- Prior experience in Plumbing or Dispatch would be ideal but not required
