Job Description:  Warranty & Parts Coordinator

Company:  McCullough Solutions Company LLC

Location:  Austin, TX 78757

• As the primary point of contact for parts and warranty for our Service Technicians, the ideal Warranty & Parts Coordinator has a friendly attitude and can effectively stay on task while assisting our Field Team.


• Assisting Technicians ordering parts for repairs and scheduling return visits.


• Responsible for ordering required parts and verifying warranty eligibility for technicians.


• Provide parts pricing and availability, monitor the status of pending parts orders, communication with customers to give updates on the status.


• Responsible for submitting warranty claims and processing part returns.


• Provide general administrative support and assist where needed across teams.
  


• Obsessive attention to detail.


• Accurate typing and spelling.


• Be able to multi-task in a high pace environment.

Experience:

• Knowledge of ServiceTitan Software is required.
  


• HVAC: Preferred but not required
