We are currently seeking a Warranty Clerk to join our administrative and service support team. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience and a strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  Process, review, and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and promptly.

  
  


• 
  

  Verify repair orders meet manufacturer and dealership warranty requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain warranty records and track claim status to ensure timely payments.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Accounting Department to resolve discrepancies.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with manufacturers and vendors to handle claim denials or adjustments.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep current with manufacturer warranty policies, bulletins, and updates.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with additional administrative tasks in the service department as needed.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Prior automotive dealership experience required (warranty or service office preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM warranty systems is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar).

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
