Schell Brothers Nashville Division is looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive Warranty Manager to join our team as we continue to grow in the residential construction industry. This is a Full Time Position that would have the following responsibilities:  

-Warranty Management and Compliance

-Homeowner Relations

-Conflict Resolution

-Team Leadership and Training

-Residential Construction Knowledge

-Subcontractor/vendor coordination

-Service Request Resolution

-Budget and Cost Control

-Quality Assurance and Inspections

Requirements

-2+ years experience managing post-construction warranty services for residential homebuilder.

-Resume demonstrates success at leading a small team and improving team performance – direct supervisor/evaluator of technicians.

-Resume demonstrates success with customer satisfaction ratings.

-Resume demonstrates experience with quality assurance/inspection processes.
