Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Manager to oversee all aspects of warranty claims and processes within our organization. The Warranty Manager will be responsible for reviewing and approving warranty claims, analyzing data trends, managing warranty service schedules, and ensuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve warranty claims submitted by dealers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to warranty policies.
- Analyze warranty data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage warranty service schedules and dealer repair orders to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Investigate and resolve dealer claims for reimbursement or defective parts, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver training programs for dealers and service personnel on warranty processes and procedures.
- Prepare reports showing volume, types, trends, and disposition of claims handled, providing recommendations for process enhancements.
- Conduct warranty and warranty-related audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the end-of-the-month closing process, including credit acknowledgment reports, warranty parts margin reduction overview, and finance department interface.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain and update the warranty policy and procedures manual.
- Assist in the development of new recall and service campaigns, managing the process from inception to completion.
- Serve as a point of contact for legal cases requiring warranty history research and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Factory on product development and warranty-related issues, providing technical reports and insights as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in warranty management or a related field, with a strong understanding of warranty processes and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data trends and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warranty management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in warranty management or related field is a plus.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
