Job Responsibilities:

• Valid plumbing license and 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and diagnostic tools
• Experience handling warranty service calls and communicating with homeowners
• Ability to document service details and process warranty claims accurately
• Familiarity with service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or varied conditions
• Valid driver’s license and flexible availability for on-call shifts

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of plumbing experience required.
• Some type of plumbing license preferred but not required: Residential, Journeyman’s, Masters.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Clean background check.
