Job Description

• Foster clear and effective communication with dealers to build strong relationships.
• Assist dealers with technical support via phone and email.
• Review and process dealer submitted pre-authorizations for warranty repairs.
• Ensure proper flat rate codes and repairs are documented in the pre-authorizations.
• Ensure that all required data are provided and attached, i.e. photos, make/model/serial of appliances, vendor approvals.
• Verify if parts should be returned and properly noted.
• Assess transport damage using established protocols to determine the best course of action for repairs.
• Properly assign and follow Escalation Procedures for all Safety related concerns.
• Willingness to cross-train to assist other departments within the Warranty Team.
• Support continuous improvement of all internal processes to ensure the best possible customer and dealer experience.
• Adhere to all environmental health & safety guidelines related to the use of products and industrial equipment. The safety of our employees is of highest priority.
• Be a conscientious steward of all company resources.
• Participate in continuous improvement opportunities to ensure cost efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
• Be a steward of the Brinkley RV Core Values and lead by example through servant leadership.

Requirements

• An understanding of recreational vehicle (RV) construction and components.
• Experience in warranty processing or a related field.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Compensation will vary based on experience, skill and leadership capabilities. We pay competitive to the market and compensate based on the value that you bring to the organization.
