Warranty Sales Advisor

OneGuard is one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned home warranty companies in America and is the market leader in Arizona with additional offices throughout Texas. We're growing fast and looking for highly motivated, honest and personality-driven professionals to take our Warranty Sales department to new levels of service. 

Our ideal candidate will work to strengthen OneGuard's relationship with new and existing customers by providing the best service in the industry.

Duties:

• Accept inbound calls from real estate professionals inquiring about OneGuard’s various products


• Learn and exhibit a solid understanding of our various warranty plans and options to help customers select the right coverage to meet their needs


• Educate customers on the advantages of choosing OneGuard instead of the competition


• Recognize and act on opportunities to recommend and sell additional warranty coverage


• Accurately and efficiently process new warranty orders in a timely manner

Skills/Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service or quality assurance experience


• Must be a relationship-builder with an ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.  Outstanding communication is required


• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
